You can bring your computer in, fill out our Support Request form online, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call (308) 761-7611 to start your support ticket.
A technician will take a look at your computer to determine the problem. Then, they will call you with an estimate. If you approve to proceed with your repair, we will waive our diagnostic fee.
Once you've approved the cost of the repair, our technicians will get to work. You can typically expect to have your computer back within 24-48 hours. This can vary depending on many factors.
Payment is expected when you pick up your computer. We accept cash, cards, and checks. If you have been helped remotely, you may pay your bill online.
